Shimano Sahara RD Spinning Reel
The Shimano Sahara RD spinning reel really is quality, featuring a multi-disk rear drag system for control release of line and Fightin’Drag for neat speedy adjustable control when needed. This reel has 3 shielded stainless steel ball bearings and a roller bearing for limiting line twist. It comes with a robust and strong cold forged aluminium spool with AR-C line management, ideal for mono and braided lines. The VariSpeed II oscillation has two variable speeds to lay the line flat and smooth on the spool giving better casting distance and less coiling even with lower quality mono lines. The XT-7 body material offers exceptional robustness and reliability and is built with Super Stopper II technology. This design eliminates backward movement and free play in the handle when the reel is set in anti-reverse. The Shimano Sahara RD is a neat looking reel, metallic platinum and gold colour mix. The Sahara RD is supplied with a spare spool.
